Short film created during the EPSAA post-graduate program,developed as part of the ongoing course work for the Nikon Film Festival 2026,exploring the theme “Beauty.
The short film follows Emma, a solitary figure who finds a single shoe left behind on the pavement. Determined to return it, she encounters unexpected warmth from strangers — a warmth directed not at her, but at the shoe. The film explores beauty as a social catalyst and reflects on the lengths one may go to satisfy a deep need for human connection.
